Tianli High School earnestly carries out special activities on mental health education for girls
Adolescence is the stage when everyone transitions from childhood to adulthood. It is also a critical period for students' development. In order to help girls master and understand the physiological and psychological development and changes of adolescence and smoothly pass through adolescence, from November 29 to 31, Tianli Experimental Senior High School in Ziyun Autonomous County carried out a special activity on adolescent mental health education for high school girls with the theme of "Caring for Girls and Healthy Life".
The activity was mainly carried out in the form of knowledge lectures, hosted by the school union and lectured by Teacher Wen Guixia. Starting from the 29th, this activity was divided into five consecutive sessions, covering all female students in the school.
During the activity, Teacher Wen Guixia emphasized the relevant characteristics of adolescence and various aspects that need special attention, the benefits and precautions of interacting with the opposite sex during adolescence, the harm of love among middle school students and how to get out of early love, and how girls should protect themselves. At the same time, she also explained to the students the knowledge of healthy gender psychology and adolescent health care, so that they would not be ignorant and fearful due to ignorance. She warned the students that they should be strong women in the new era, but also not lose the beauty of women's tenderness. During the event, the students listened carefully and said that what the teacher said was exactly what they were experiencing at the moment, and they benefited a lot from the teacher's speech and the cases he listed.
This lecture not only enabled the majority of female students to have a deep understanding of the knowledge related to women's physical and mental health, strengthened their attention to their own health, and knew the harm of early love, early marriage and early childbearing, but also gave them a good outlook on life and values education, which had a positive impact and far-reaching significance.
